Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for aCommunity Life Assistantto join our growing team!

Harrison Bay Senior Living is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It's a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Shifts Available: Part-Time Every other Weekend
Wage: $17.50-22.50 - Based on Experience!

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:


Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.

Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.

Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications:


High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.

Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
