What You'll Do
We are looking for a caring, compassionate person to provide support to a
family caregiver in the home with one client for approximately 5 hours on
Saturday afternoons and 6 hours on Sunday afternoons.
• Part-time position supporting a family caregiver in the home with one client
• Support the individual, ensuring that services and support are
provided in a manner that respects and acknowledges the individual's
self-expression, self-worth, self-reliance, and decision-making
• Encourages a culture of collaboration with individuals receiving
services, their loved ones, and other support teams
• Works continuously to improve services and support using a
person-centered approach
