We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will be expected to manage project tasks, maintain efficient communication, and utilize various tools for project tracking.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing and maintaining project schedules and action items.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet for efficient project tracking and collaboration.
• Act as a taskmaster, ensuring tasks are recorded, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee risk action items log, ensuring all risks are identified, recorded, and addressed.
• Employ CRM and Microsoft Excel skills for project management and communication.
• Engage in hands-on work such as coordinating meeting schedules and other organizational tasks.
• Ensure all project-related activities are on track by following up on action items.
• Leverage Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook for project coordination and communication.
• Apply knowledge of budget processes and contracts in the context of project coordination.
• Utilize communication skills to foster collaboration and drive project success.
• Prior experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst role or similar
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of budget processes and financial planning
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience tracking projects, wrangling meeting schedules and doing other organizational work.
• Experience with HCM systems is a plus
