development and the design of diverse civil engineering projects. In
today\'s world, communities are grappling with challenges related to
growth, safety, and aging infrastructure. As a vital member of the Foth
Infrastructure Water team, you will play a crucial role in helping
clients address these challenges by devising innovative water solutions,
preserving infrastructure integrity, and safeguarding public health and
natural resources. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering
effective solutions that facilitate affordable growth and sustainable
development in our communities. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the
technical engineering design and development of projects related to
drinking water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution. Prepare
comprehensive design plans, specifications, and bid documents for
various water system construction projects, encompassing water wells,
treatment plants, storage facilities, booster stations, and other
distribution infrastructure. Develop detailed technical reports
pertaining to drinking water for submission to local, state, and federal
regulatory agencies. Establish, implement, and continuously enhance
discipline-specific standard work procedures, training programs, and
quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) systems. Collaborate with the
Water Technical Competency Leader to shape the technical vision and
strategic direction for the drinking water discipline.Required
Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering from an
accredited program. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in
municipal drinking water engineering within the engineering consulting
industry. Professional Engineer (PE) License, with the ability to obtain
licensure in Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota, and Minnesota within 12
