About Nexus:
Our team of licensed therapists at Nexus-Gerard Family Healing are specially trained in trauma and stress. We are committed to helping family stay together, heal, grow, and move forward. We offer outpatient therapy services in our offices in Austin, MN and Albert Lea, MN. We also offer outpatient therapy services to schools within Mower County.
Our evidence-based practices include:
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
EMDR
Art Therapy
Play Therapy
Family Therapy
Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic interventions to youth and families
Complete Diagnostic Assessments
Develop and implement Treatment Plans
Communicate with legal systems, schools and social service agencies and provide court testimony when needed
Coordination of referrals
Ensure compliance with governing agency and Nexus reporting requirements.
Maintain the clinical record according to site policy.
Produce informal and formal reports for parents, social workers, courts, etc.
Remain current on all required training and certifications.
Participation in clinical supervision and team case consultation meetings

Schedule & Pay:
Full time
Pay Range: Starting at $55,000+ per year for clinical trainees AND $60,000 per year for licensed therapists
$5000 Sign-On Bonus
Relocation bonus of $5000

Qualifications:
Minimum of Master's or other graduate degree in one of the following behavioral sciences:
human services
psychology
family therapy
social work
counseling
or related field
Must be on track to complete licensure for a specific related discipline
Valid driver's license
Nice to Have:
Experience in related community-based work with youth, adults, and/or families
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
LPCC, LICSW, LMFT
