| Job Description: |
Responsible for patient assessment, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that help restore vocational, homemaking, daily living skills and general independence to disabled persons.
Work Schedule: Casual. 1 weekend or 2 weekend days/month and in holiday rotation 1(occ 2) holidays/year, rotated through team
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy school
Minnesota Occupational Therapy license
Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license (Specific only to employees practicing telemedicine in Wisconsin)
Current BLS - American Heart Association or BLS - American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
