Recruiting Specialist, People Operations, gReach Program for People with Disabilities

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in human resource, recruitment, business or stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to identify and solve the root cause of business issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and investigative skills.

About the job

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocation that support applicants with a certificate issued by the government. Participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. gReach Associates will be placed in teams across the business such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.

gReach Associates will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop professional skills. Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.

In this role, you will contribute to the business, collaborate with others, and have the opportunity to add long-lasting value beyond the conclusion of their gReach program. You will closely work with a host manager and team members who will help identify project goals, while also inspiring, mentoring and supporting the professional development of the gReach Program.
