Aerotek Production Worker in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description:
The person in this position will work as a Production worker in a chemical environment
What the job entails is: load and unload trucks, stage for shipments, move product with a sit down forklift, correctly label product and some chemical filling as well.
This facility focuses primarily in handling chemicals products and putting them in the correct areas
The person in this position will either fill tanks with chlorine or they will clean/empty pre-used tanks and get them ready to be filled again.

Work Environment: is a dirty environment, but clean for the work that they do. A lot of opportunity for growth within company.
Candidates will also be provided protective wear, face shields, glasses and full rubber suits if they ever handle the chemicals.
This is a chemical environment, it typically will smell of ammonia or Chlorine.
M-F 7:00am- 3:00pm are the core hours. There will be Overtime. Pay: $22-$28/hr
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of production/manufacturing experience
- 3 plus years of experience on a sit down forklift
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Must be able to follow instructions, take orders
- Must be safety oriented
