Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Align material and put together parts to build a complete cartveyor Able
to install parts, panels and wrap the cartveyor in a timely and
efficient manner, so it is ready for shipment Cleaning and maintaining
an organized work area Maintaining all required paperwork, records,
documentation, etc. Recommends upgrades, repair or replacement of
equipment to ensure consistent and reliable operation Works safely and
follows all company safety rules Primary focus of all business-related
efforts is, and must remain that of promoting excellence in all products
Being on time and at work every day to ensure we are able to meet
business demands Work overtime as needed Read and interpret schematic
drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports
to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions. Assemble
electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install
components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using
rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment. Adjust, repair, or
replace electrical or electronic components to correct defects and to
ensure conformance to specifications. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in maintenance or other related
fields Requires experience in a fast-paced, team environment preferably
from a manufacturing business doing assembly Requires 2-3 years of
mechanical assembly experience and the ability to read blueprints and
tape measurers. Requires working knowledge of basic hand tools Requires
the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Requires computer
literacy and the ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook) Requires strong organizational and time management
skills, a high degree to detail orientation and a high degree of
accuracy Requires the ability to complete forklift training Requires
good communication skills Requires self-motivation and the ability to
work independently and as part of a team Requires the ability to handle
multiple, competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
while producing accurate and high-quality detail work Requires the
ability to use basic office equipment: fax, voicemail, copier,
