Product Manager, Business Application Platform

Responsibilities

  • Understand market dynamics, engaged landscape, and emerging trends in the API management space. Translate market needs, customer pain points, and technological opportunities into a clear roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) to guide the development of new features and enhancements.
  • Drive execution from conception to launch, ensuring new capabilities meet quality and usability standards.
  • Establish relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify new product opportunities. Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their needs are represented in product development decisions.
  • Analyze product usage data to identify growth opportunities, areas for improvement, and inform roadmap prioritization.
