states the general nature and purpose of the job. Overall
accountabilities are defined in this section. This individual will
perform the duties of a Refrigeration Specialist and assist other
maintenance personnel on his/her shift. Core Responsibilities
Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows: Operate and maintain
High-Pressure Boilers. Operate and maintain plant-wide ammonia
refrigeration systems. Conduct boiler feed water testing. Maintain
smokehouse and dry-room operations. Working knowledge of all elements of
Process Safety Management. Perform calibrations on probes, sensors, and
devices. Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections. Perform work
at higher elevations on lifts/ladders up to 36ft. Demonstrate
troubleshooting abilities. Fulfill plant-wide duties as HAZMAT first
responder. Respond to unplanned/emergency work requests in a timely &
effective manner. Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices.
Understanding operations of Wastewater Treatment Plant and perform
duties when designated operator is not on-site. The above statements are
