<br>We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable and growing book of business opportunities in Manufacturing in the Twin Cities market.<br>
<br>This is an opportunity for an individual to drive growth as we expand. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal and client teams, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand. <br>

<strong>What You'll Do</strong>
<br>
<ul>
<li>This role will work primarily with manufacturing industries/portfolios and network of companies to grow new business.</li>
<li>Drive revenue and sales growth through effective management of partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Slalom practice leaders to strategically pursue new opportunities on a diverse collection of targeted accounts.</li>
<li>Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements (MSA's).</li>
<li>Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to drive a forecast and collaborate with Account and Practice leaders.</li>
<li>Host or facilitate Slalom marketing events.</li>
<li>Consistently deliver on an annual sales quota.</li></ul>

<li>15+ years of demonstrated success consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.</li>
<li>Deep experience and relationships in supporting local Manufacturing clients; partnering with them to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.</li>
<li>Skilled at building relationships with technical and business decision makers.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Alignment to Slalom's core values to build trust within the communities and clients we serve.</li>
