Job Summary
As a Project Analyst Intern at CAI, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Hospitality sales and delivery teams by conducting valuable research, assisting with contract reviews, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Analyst Intern . This role is a full-time, internship role and is remote . The internship dates are June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025.
What You’ll Do
Industry Research:
Conduct in-depth research on current trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the life sciences and healthcare sectors
Compile and present findings in comprehensive reports to assist the sales and delivery teams in strategic planning and decision-making
Contract Review:
Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulation
Identify potential risks and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the sales and delivery teams
Thought Leadership Support:
Collaborate with senior team members to develop thought leadership content, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations
Conduct background research and gather data to support the creation of insightful and impactful content
Data Analysis:
Gather and analyze data related to patient outcomes, market trends, and the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights
Prepare data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to the sales and delivery teams
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales and delivery teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records
Assist with the coordination of internal and external events, such as webinars, workshops, and client meetings
Client Interaction:
Participate in client meetings and calls to gain exposure to client relationships and project delivery processes
Document meeting notes and follow-up actions and assist in maintaining clear communication with clients
Project Assistance:
Support ongoing projects by assisting with project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
What You'll Need
Required
Current Junior with 3.5 GPA
Majors: Communication, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, and other business-oriented programs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively across various groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent time management skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks
High-level problem-solving skills
Able to be self-driven with minimal guidance
Ability to effectively multi-task
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
