Description

As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the day to day booking and general audit of crewmember and maintenance (MX) rover hotels, ground transportation and deadhead/offline travel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist crew members and MX rovers with travel items/issues as they arise.
Audit daily travel needs of assigned groups and book, update and confirm reservations via phone/email and HOTAC.
Communicate all hotel and ground transportation requirements to contracted vendor.
Assist in coordinating the planning of travel accommodations for all upcoming requests/needs for crewmembers and MX rovers outside of day-of operations.
Assist with crewmember and MX rover travel/hotel invoices for payment processing.
Audit all processes, looking for improvement in efficiency and cost.
Any other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience working in the aviation industry or an aviation related degree/certificate
Previous work experience in Customer Service
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and solving problems
PREFERRED SKILLS
Previous experience working in an administrative role
Previous experience working in a travel role
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
