Job DescriptionRequisition Summary
Under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, performs a variety of functions that support the Facilities department's interactions with PPD office and the distribution network. Office functions are routine in scope and are carried out in accordance with general work instructions and established office practices, procedures, policies, and guidelines. Office activities may be conducted on a rotation and/or shared basis as required. Daily activities may vary as determined by the job focus.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Receptionist duties for both internal and external customers
Greet and check-in visitors as they enter the PACCAR Parts main building
Perform mailroom activities including opening, sorting and prioritizing mail for appropriate follow-up
File invoices for waste services and assist in maintenance of reporting log
Assist Facilities Manager with special projects
Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedure manual
Maintain Environmental Management System (EMS) procedure manual
Assist with or perform internal compliance audits (ISO), report preparation, and general administrative support
Assists in the training of other employees including remote locations
Routinely lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally more
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to work positively with other employees
Ability to multi-task and rapidly shift priorities
Ability to accurately perform detailed work with numerical data
Strong PC skills with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and Excel
One or more years' experience in administrative support/reception or equivalent work experience. Preferably PACCAR experience
Technical aptitude / background desired

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $50,200 - $68,970 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
