POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Coordinator will be responsible for leading the team from project inception through completion. This role understands the needs of the clients as well as all facets of the project and has a firm grasp on all manufacturing techniques that could be employed as part of the solution.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH?
Directing project activities and monitoring project costs
Monitoring quality on production floor and resolving conflicts/issues to keep projects on track
Prioritizing, problem-solving, budgeting and planning skills
Developing and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment




QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
0-4+ years progressive project coordination experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Occasional travel either locally, nationally and/or internationally may be required.
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Internet applications.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion) and planning skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation and reasoning).
Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
