Job Description

The RN, Director is responsible for oversight and direction of the Emergency Department. This position shall be accountable for and contribute to program development, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. Routinely assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment. Agrees with culture and models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMC’s Mission/Vision Statement and Standards of Performance. Reflects a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
