The Manager, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides program oversight and supports facilitation in distance education instruction incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, cutting-edge technologies, and other industry trends reflecting advancements in the discipline by promoting an interdisciplinary approach to advanced practice nursing education and healthcare delivery within and outside the College. The incumbent will be accountable for the function’s delivery of the nursing curriculum in accordance with the mission, vision, values, and purposes of the Program. The Manager, Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner will engage cross-functionally, as well as with faculty and learners in all aspects of the nursing education process including evaluating the potential for successful achievement in the program and is accountable for Nursing Education successful attainment of key performance indicators, program and functional outcomes, and the success of the College’s mission.
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
