JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Advanced Practice Adult Critical

and physician assistants (PA) in multidisciplinary, collaborative, and
evidence-based management of complex patients. The Medical College of

Provide a structured clinical and professional educational to foster
growth of highly skilled nurse practitioners (NP) and physician
assistants (PA) in multidisciplinary, collaborative, and evidence-based
management of complex patients through clinical and didactic experiences
and professional mentorship. PROGRAM PURPOSE The Medical College
Physician\'s APP Adult Critical Care Fellowship is an innovative a
one-year training program that teaches APP fellows to become highly
skilled in the multidisciplinary, collaborative, and evidence-based
management of complex and challenging patients in intensive care units.
The curriculum composed of in-person didactics, online classrooms,
simulation, proctored procedures and mentored clinical rotations.
Fellows will have rotations in the neuro, medical, surgical, transplant,
cardiovascular intensive care units, and acute care electives providing
specialty health care services within defined scope of practice in
collaboration with a licensed physician and in accordance with MCW/FMLH
policies and procedures. PROGRAM LEADERSHIP Fellowship APP Critical Care

EXPECTATIONS Advanced Assessment: Elicits, selects, and integrates
information in the care of patients with acute, critical, and/or complex
chronic illnesses using physiologic technologic and pharmacologic

conditions based on available data and the complexity and severity of
