Position Summary: This position will work with the Assistant Dean of Professional & Continuing Education to establish the University Office of Microcredentials. As the lead Learning Experience Designer for micro learning, this position will use evidence-based best practices in the design and execution of badges, workshops, and other alternative digital credentials. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial approach to building an organization and a passion for innovation in learning experience design. Minimum qualifications: Masters Degree in Education, STEM, Instructional Design/Technology or related field. 5+ years of digital teaching and learning experience design Range: $65,000-$72,000 based on experience Review of applications will begin immediately and continues until the position is filled.
