Who We Are:
Computer and Software Sciences section in the Solar System Science &
Exploration Division is seeking an IT technician to support IT services in the
Division.
Objectives of this Role:
Provide end-user support for a variety of computer operating systems such and
Windows, MacOS and Linux.
Set up new computing hardware for end users.
Assist more senior IT staff with appropriate tasks, e.g. server installations
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Setting up new computers for end users, including laptops and desktop
workstations.
Handle ticketing system requests from end users for IT support.
Work on IT issues with other IT support team members.
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with experience in Information
Technology.
2-5 years: Experience with IT support.
