Production Machine Operator- Evaluation to Hire

A local South Elyria, OH company is searching for a Production Machine Operator who will have core responsibilities operating machines, removing flanges, and heat-sealing product seams. This dynamic manufacturing environment is growing and is looking to hire a collaborative worker who will help grow the company to a new level of production. Production Machine Operator work independently and as part of a team, at times with limited supervision.

You will work with other Production Machine Operators and other skilled tradesman, offering an opportunity to gain on the job training. There are daily, weekly and monthly goals and incentives to complete production goals and schedules. You will set up, operate, and control machines to meet production standards, in a safe manner.
