Our Urbancrest, Ohio Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associate to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following position available - Delivery Professional - Bulk Truck/Backup

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM until route is complete.

$20.63/ hour

Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

Position Description:

Professionally and safely delivering orders to our customers

Making multiple customer stops

Providing customer service in a variety of health care settings

Conducting daily vehicle inspections and keeping his/her vehicle neat

Drives Transit or Straight truck up to 26,001 pounds

Preferred Requirements and skills:

2+ years' experience in a straight truck delivery vehicle or larger is highly preferred

Required to have a current valid US Driver's License. Class A, B, C preferred

Ability to maintain a safe driving history

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must successfully complete and be able to maintain requirements set by Department of Transportation (DOT)

Excellent verbal English communication skills

Knowledge of the area and surrounding areas

Face-to-face Customer Service experience preferred

Problem resolution skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted with or without a reasonable accommodation

Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours

Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours

Performing inside delivery to offices to include uncrating, assembly, product placement, and trash removal

In addition to salary, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered.

In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
