Minnehaha Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Community Life Assistant to join our growing team!

Minnehaha Senior Living is located directly on a bus route off om the corner of 23rd Avenue South and East 38th Street, in Minneapolis, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 77-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts Available: Part-Time 30 hours per week, one day every weekend
Wage: $18-$20 per hour

Our Community Life Coordinators becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community.
In this position you will assist Community Life Director in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life/wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident. Duties include:
Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain
Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient
Actively participate in Community Life department and other required meetings.
Participate in Care Conferences.
Provide individual programming determined by resident preference and
Maintain Community Life department and other community supplies and
Work with volunteers as assigned by CL Department Supervisor.
Develop monthly wellness and community life wellness calendar to meet the needs and preferences of residents.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in health care preferred.
