Description of Work Unit | Founded in 1870, Colorado State University is among the nation’s leading research universities and enrolls approximately 32,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Located an hour north of the Denver metro area, Fort Collins is a vibrant community of approximately 157,000 residents that offers the convenience of a small town with all the amenities of a large city. Fort Collins is situated on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains with views of 14,000 foot peaks, and offers access to numerous cultural, recreational, and outdoor opportunities. Provides administrative and customer service support for Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Admissions and Student Services personnel, and for programs and spaces that support DVM students. |
Position Summary | As a Program Coordinator for Veterinary Admissions and DVM Student Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of the admissions process and providing general administrative assistance to the DVM Student Services Team and faculty. Your responsibilities will include coordinating events, managing admissions-related activities, supporting outreach and recruitment initiatives, facilitating the DVM Student Ambassador program, and customer service support for applicants. This position further contributes to the overall success of the team by providing essential administrative support to faculty committees, including but not limited to the Curriculum Renewal Committee. |
