Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

- Escort residents to/from various places.
- Assist with activities and engage with residents.
- Assist nurses, nursing assistants, and care team.
- Document relevant information regarding the residents' activities.
- Therapeutic assistance as needed.
- Others as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience working in a Behavioral Health/Long Term Care setting preferred.
- C.N.A certification preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
