Division Information
Kenworth Truck Company is the manufacturer of The World's Best heavy and medium duty trucks. Kenworth is an industry leader in providing fuel-saving technology solutions that help increase fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. The company's dedication to the green fleet includes aerodynamic trucks, compressed and liquefied natural gas trucks, and medium duty diesel-electric hybrids.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Kenworth is looking for a person who enjoys working on New Product Development programs to define Component Level Coverage, Bulletins, Documentation and identify any new System Requirements required to support warranty claims processing at production launch. Product Development programs include new Models, Engines, 2027 Emissions, Battery Electric and Fuel Cell Powertrain initiatives.
Serves as warranty subject matter expert (SME) during Engineering Design Reviews & Program Tollgate meetings to identify and define warranty & aftersales systems requirements.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and PACCAR Divisions to define component warranty coverage (inclusions/exclusions) and system requirements.
Supports authoring warranty bulletins and policy definition for new and existing products.
Supports continuous improvement initiatives to develop and improve warranty programs, bulletins, policies, and procedures.
Sustains Aftersales Systems, Processes and Databases to integrate changes when needed.
Able to travel as needed (

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree a plus.
5+ years' industry or related experience required.
Self-Directed team player with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and delivery high quality results.
Effective communication and presentation skills
Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite required.
Demonstrated ability to recommend technical solutions based on business and system needs.
Good recall of detail and a mechanical aptitude.
Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectives.
Must be able to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision.

The salary range for Aftersales Business Analyst- New Product is $80,800-$126,600 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
