Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul
Top Skills Needed:
? Experience managing 2+ project with:
? Project budget of $1M or more
? Teams of 10+ people
? Experience in negotiating for and securing project resources
? Full life cycle experience
? Minimum of 4-6 years' IT project management
? Team management skills with success in team building, problem solving and conflict resolution
? Demonstrated use of a structured iterative methodology; published methodology exposure a plus
? Strong conceptual grasp of technology; knowledge of client/server architecture and object oriented design/development
? Interaction with executive team of companies with $500M+ in revenue
? Superior oral and written communication skills
? Must have experience using a PM tool, e.g. tracking plan & actual statistics from inception through implementation
? Cross-functional team management experience including depts. outside of IT
? College Degree; Computer Science or Business Administration a plus
? PMP Certification a plus
