We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our Client Success Team

Summary

As a member of our Client Success Team, you will:

  • Develop and execute retention strategies as part of the client Success Plan for assigned accounts, using domain/technical knowledge of Symphony Talent’s software and solutions.
  • Be a trusted partner and consultant to clients, helping them achieve mutually identified business outcomes through our products and services to drive high client satisfaction and account success.
  • Build rewarding relationships with clients, agency resources/practice teams, and internal team members.
  • Lead discussions with clients relative to specific projects, including campaign goals, target audiences, KPIs, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Own contract renewals, including leading all pricing conversations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional resources to manage a wide range of marketing tactics including career websites and landing pages, digital and traditional media, all forms of content marketing, CRM, and analytics.
  • Analyze, respond, and react to performance data/metrics surrounding channel strategies, talent community growth and behavior, CRM user performance, to enhance and improve client presence and adoption. Present performance data and concepts at various levels of client organization.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to optimize margins for work done on behalf of clients; ensuring the right balance of costs against revenue.
  • Prepare account forecasts and adjust as necessary on a monthly/quarterly basis

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of client success management, account management and/or marketing experience; agency, marketing technology preferred. Experience in client Success with a SaaS organization and industry knowledge in HR technology/Recruiting technology is highly preferred. 
  • Ability to understand and identify client issues/challenges and to formulate, execute, and optimize strategies and solutions.
  • Experience working with programmatic media technologies, CRM, and base knowledge of digital media ROI data reporting & analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills including ability to comfortably present to peers, senior leadership internally, and with key stakeholders and clients (VP and above).
  • Ability to read, analyze and take action on relevant performance and usage data.
  • Curious and self-directed with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to juggle priorities in order to meet client expectations and deadlines.
