The Senior Advisor reports to the Director of Advising and Career Development in the Office of Student Affairs and Wellbeing and plays a critical role in providing the academic and career development guidance and support that is essential to a successful medical student experience. Oversees and directs the development of the student's Individualized Learning Plan (ILP), Phase 3 Plan, and preparation for and application to residency.
