The University of Maine at Presque Isle Academic Affairs Office is seeking an Administrative Specialist.
The purpose of the Administrative Specialist is to support and provide quality, accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support to the Office of the Provost and assist in managing the daily needs of students, faculty, and staff.

The starting rate is $18.22 for a new hire or the appropriate transfer rate for a current employee within the ACSUM collective bargaining unit. In addition the University will contribute up to a 4% matching contribution to the UMS retirement plan. Additional benefits include medical, dental, retirement and tuition waiver programs for employees and dependents. The UMS is a recipient of the Wellness Councils of America’s Well Workplace Award and offers wellness programs.
