This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Position Summary
This position is responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing ongoing psychotherapy for outpatient mental health services. Three-quarters of the time provides direct client services, and one quarter provides supervisory activities. Clinical supervision of other psychotherapist(s), coordinates Canvas Health outpatient services provided for its local community. Represents Canvas Health to the community. Helps plan the development of Canvas Health services within the community. Strong preference for providers who work with a large age span, including children, families, and adults.

Qualifications
Possess a master's or doctorate degree in social work, family therapy, or psychology with emphasis on clinical practice
Possess a Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy
Licensure currently has eligibility or is eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities
Supervision competency is currently listed on licensure or must be eligible to have supervision competency listed
Two (2) or more years of experience supervising others
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing clinical and supervision services to a range of different age groups
Early Childhood DBT experience
Other Evidence Based and Trauma Based experience
Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
