Job Description:
Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Madison, MN.
From:03/10/2024 - 12/05/2024
Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 7 hrs./day, Sat. 5 hrs./day. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As required in Minnesota, all hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5
times the regular rate of pay.
Bonus may be offered to any seasonal worker employed pursuant to this job order, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive and operate Ag equipment, many are equipped with GPS to plant, weed, fertilize and harvest crops. Load hoppers with crops, and drive trucks to fields, and storage facilities such as elevators. Clean work areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months experience.
Must have or be able to obtain a Class D Driver's License within 30 days of hire. post hire drug screen at employer's request Able to lift 75 lbs. Job will require periods when workers may be
exposed to varying weather conditions and extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking and repetitive movements. No minimum education
required.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival
at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal
commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance.
Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of
$59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by
employer.
