QA Tester

We’re searching for a proactive QA Tester who is able to improve the quality of our deliverables and likes to go beyond validating the basics of a functionality.

This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a small team with huge ambition.

Zeelo offers a fast-paced and fun working environment where you will be gaining exposure to a variety of technologies and tools within a friendly and supportive team. The role is about 75% automation and 25% manual.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the development and product teams to prevent bugs
  • Implement E2E tests using Cypress to cover the most important functionalities, and whenever not possible, apply your best tactics and techniques to manually test them.
  • Execute System, Integration and E2E tests on multiple and interconnected applications
  • Test on multiple platforms such as iOS, Android and web
  • Not only file a bug report, but work with the developers to fix it and then validate correct functionality is in place
  • Manage the test environments in order to deploy functionalities to be tested
  • Be heard about your ideas on how to improve, not only the testing but the entire process of our software development

Requirements

  • At least 3 year of functional testing experience
  • 2 years of test automation with Cypress or similar
  • A fast learner, there are lots of functionalities to test!
  • Feel comfortable talking with developers and product owners about bugs and functionalities.
  • Non functional testing knowledge
  • Basic SQL
