High School Graduate or GED. 16 years or older.
Working towards MN Certificated Nursing Assistant (CNA). Must obtain within 4 months of hire date.
Must pass MN background check, accompanied with figure printing.
Complete TB test within the first 3 weeks of employment. |

Job summary:
As a Basic Care Aide, you will work along side of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and be responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities and providing them with emotional and physical support. Your primary duties will include:
Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
Assisting with mobility and transferring residents as needed.
Helping with meal preparation and feeding residents if required.
Keeping accurate records of residents' care and activities.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.

Every other weekend and holiday
Morning shift: 6:00 am-230 pm
Evening shift: 2:00 pm-10:30 pm
Night shift: 10:00 pm -6:30 am
