ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

Revenue Administration supports Key Private Bank, Wealth Management, and Institutional Advisors. The department is expected to ensure a high level of client service while also ensuring that risks to the organization are mitigated.

The team ensures accurate, complete and timely generation of trust fees and provides support to the LOB by assisting with questions and research requests.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Demonstrate an understanding of the end-to-end fee process including account setup, maintenance, fee calculation and revenue recognition.
Demonstrate an understanding of the most complex account coding requirements for fees on the Global Plus system. Interpret account set up instructions to ensure appropriate approval for non-standard fees. Understand possible variations and exceptions to coding based on various account types and non-standard fee schedules.
Meet performance objectives for accuracy and timeliness in account coding, fee processing and auditing.
Audit fee information for the set up of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts for large and/or sensitive clients
Process a variety of fees such as special, miscellaneous, distributions, final and closing fees
Complete calculations for manual fees.
Research and resolve billing inquiries for client.
Document processes performed to written procedures and guidelines.
Contribute ideas for improvement appropriately. Participate in and lead small department initiatives to increase efficiency and improve service.
Assist in the development of positive relationships between the team and Line of Business partners by exhibiting a professional manner on a daily basis.
Construct appropriate and professional communications to our Line of Business partners required by established procedures. Communications may be oral or written and must reflect positively on Key.
Manage time effectively and balance workload to meet required deadlines by exhibiting the ability to multitask and refocus on numerous processes simultaneously.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Four year degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience with investment management, trust or trust operations preferred.
Prior experience with revenue recognition, general ledger and finance functions preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven analytical and quantitative ability.
Knowledge of Excel, QMF, and/or databases.
Proven experience and success in a team environment.
Proven problem resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to demonstrate the Key Values.
Ability to learn detailed processes quickly and function independently with limited supervision.
Strong peer leadership skills

Qualified candidate must be able to report to the Tiedeman location 2 times per week and local to Brooklyn, OH.
