Teacher - Job Details:

• Develop age and content-appropriate lessons adhering to Common Core State standards.
• Collaborate with team members and administration while aligning to the school's mission.
• Instill critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in students.
• Use various data sources for planning and fair grade reporting.
• Maintain an attractive, safe, and conducive learning environment.
• Implement Responsive Classroom philosophies and blended learning principles.
• Foster a culturally competent community of learners.
• Engage in professional development and staff meetings regularly.
• Utilize data analysis for lesson planning and student support.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Associates/High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Solid understanding of teaching best practices and classroom activities.
• Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift/move more than 50 pounds.
• Proficient in classroom activities and teaching practices.
• Min. 1 year of special education experience
