Be responsible for providing technical expertise on a variety of projects and programs for exciting new technologies in the field of Atmospheric Sensing and LiDAR. You will use your knowledge of mechanical systems integration and development to support breakthrough product development. You will serve as a focal point for mechanical systems design, development, and integration with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists. You will also support new business opportunities and pursuits with an integrated sales, business, and technical team.

    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

    YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

  • Research & Development experience with mechanical systems integration

  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, and optical installation and data collection

  • Systems Architecture and Requirements Definition experience

  • Computer Aided Design Experience

  • Strong communication skills

    WE VALUE

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in Engineering

  • Knowledge of LiDAR and Laser technology

  • Experience serving as a team leader for an engineering team

  • Experience with scientific equipment such as optics and imaging technology

  • Experience briefing Senior Leadership and 3rd party stakeholders

  • Ability to lead, motivate, develop and mentor others

  • Experience with new product development
