Harvest season (July - November) Responsible for the efficient operation
of the pea harvesters, sweet corn harvesters, and any other equipment
used in our planting and harvesting operations. Serve as a
supervisor/mechanic for field operations. Train other field employees in
the safe, proper and efficient operation of field equipment. Assist in
the planting and harvesting of crops. Preventative Maintenance Season
(December - June): Overhaul and repair of machinery and vehicles used in
field operations. What You\'ll Bring: Prior experience with preventative
maintenance, machine adjustments, and harvesting procedures is preferred
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Positive
