This is a tremendous opportunity to join our professional teammates in our Greater Mankato Market!
In this position, you will provide an extraordinary customer experience as you build relationships with customers and prospects to comprehend their business demands, discern their banking needs, and offer deposit and treasury management product and services solutions that optimize their financial operations.
In this position you are the face of our organization, bringing energy, passion and a problem solving attitude with each customer interaction!
Important day-to-day responsibilities include:
. Educate customers on and deliver the bank's innovative treasury and cash management solutions and foster the growth of our treasury/cash management products and services adoption.
. Formulate strategies for new commercial deposit account acquisitions and enhance existing relationships.
. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to pinpoint deposit growth opportunities.
. Engage with prospective and existing customers to showcase our deposit products and services.
. Evaluate customer and prospects' existing treasury management practices and suggest improvements or new services.
. Educate other departments on treasury management products and services.
