Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for the sale of wall panels, roof/floor trusses, stair kits and engineered wood products for Residential, Single-family, Multi-family, and Commercial projects by developing and maintaining customer contacts within any of the following areas.

Ideal candidates would reside within the following areas:
* Harrisburg, PA
* Lancaster, PA
* Hershey, PA
* Hagerstown, MD

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Service, maintain and grows positive relationships with current customer base
Identify and meet timelines for project bids and order process
Understand and perform cost savings analysis for customers
Generates new customers and grow existing customers through follow up
Offer value added solutions to customers
Assist in establishing customer credit lines
Monitors sales trends in assigned market
Prepares various reports as required
Accounts receivable management for commission collections
Performs other duties as required

Qualifications
Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related area
Preferred minimum of 3-5 years' experience selling wall panels, roof/floor trusses, stair kits and/or engineered wood products
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
Preferred manufacturing background, but not required
Preferred experience and knowledge on UFP's organization, culture, and product lines
