The Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) is a non-profit, multi-service organization focusing primarily on the needs of children and low-income families, out-of-school and out-of-work youth, and aging New Yorkers. We operate at community centers located in the neighborhoods of East Harlem and Yorkville and seek to deliver programs that are impactful, innovative, and intergenerational.
Position Summary: The Program Coordinator (Taft) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Community Telehealth Project. The Program Coordinator (Taft) will also be providing case management services to older adults and leading program activities. Other duties will include conducting outreach to promote programs to identify and enroll new participants and working with partner agencies to meet deliverables. Provision of services will be in accordance with Isaacs Center policies, contractual guidelines, and standards.
Schedule: 35 hours per week.
Salary: $45,940- $57,425
