Description

The Revo Health Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting and implementing the organization's overall internal communications strategy in partnership with our Chief of Staff. The goal of this work is to provide tools and resources to empower employees across the organization to stay up to date and feel informed about the company's strategic initiatives and operational projects. This person will work alongside leaders across various departments to support strategic communication needs. This person will also act as a strategic business partner to support corporate brand efforts.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller with strong interpersonal skills, a knack for simplifying complex topics, and a passion for creating experiences. This person believes details matter and will be a stickler for consistency, grammar and timelines. The role will continue to build on a strong culture of collaboration with a primary focus in creating experiences that engage, connect, and inspire the community of employees. The ideal candidate also has impeccable communication skills and can confidently interact with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to think strategically, answer questions, solve problems, provide support, and build relationships. They need to have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while moving projects forward in a fast-paced environment while not losing attention to detail. This is a Hybrid, full-time role at our Bloomington Corporate Office. Three days in the office and 2 days remote. Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed by Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions. Essential Functions:
Learn and understand the organizational structure, strategic vision, and brand voice for our clients and Revo Health
Support Chief of Staff in executing internal communications for Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO), Revo and i-Health
Partner with TCO leaders of their employee engagement program; 'Be The Difference' (BTD) to support internal communication efforts focused on company culture
Partner with Revo leaders to support internal communication efforts for the company culture program; Thrive
Work collaboratively with the TCO marketing team to design internal programming tools and tactics such as newsletters, intranet, presentations, employee engagement promotions, etc.
Lead the execution of internal communications via communication channels by implementing an internal communication process
Measure and track the performance of communications and internal programs, creating reports and updating scorecards when necessary
Provide support through technical writing (heavy focus on HR and IT communication) and editing communications for FAQs, emails, presentations, etc.
Manage communication tools & platforms including The LINK (intranet), as well as future tools which could include a CRM (email, text, etc.) as it relates to internal communication efforts
Work alongside TCO's Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing team to develop and execute brand related projects and needs for Revo and i-Health
Develop marketing materials where needed and ensure brand consistency across all channels
Oversee, manage, and create content for the digital ecosystem, including i-Health.com, RevoHealth.com, brand social media channels, and other channels as needed
Maintain strong, consistent communication between the Marketing team and key stakeholders
Work alongside the marketing team to follow the established creative process to manage the workflow and timeline for creative projects
Lead brand project coordination/management for Revo and i-Health, while maintaining project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met in addition to supporting the development of new projects, estimates and proposals
Oversee all branded materials for Revo and i-Health, as well as all marketing activities, initiatives, campaigns, or other special projects
Ensure brand compliance and consistency, and take pride in the TCO, i-Health, & Revo brands
Oversee management of web platforms for branded collateral and assets (Swag Shop, IOS, etc.).
Manage applicable budgets and assist in accounts payable process
Work collaboratively with internal and external team members to develop growth opportunities and campaign strategies that complement overarching organizational objectives.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
3-5+ years of relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works well under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Has internal communications experience with mid-size complex organizations

Work in the clinic, office or surgery center during business hours
Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required

Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
