Position summaryAs a Combination Technicianyou will be responsible for completing service orders, including commercial systems, repairs, facilities maintenance, and assisting with other technical departments in a timely, accurate, independent, and courteous manner.QualificationsYou are required to have:At least 1 year of experience with installation, repair, and disconnection of telecommunications services, such as high-speed internet, wired, wireless and telephone services.Experience operating test equipmentValid Class D Driver's License with acceptable driving recordPower Limited Technician License or ability to obtainGood analytical skills, troubleshooting, and problem solving skillsGood communication and excellent customer service skillsAbility to adapt and embrace new technology and products; work effectively with a wide variety of personalitiesAdditional preferred qualifications:AAS degree in Telecommunications or relatedScheduleHours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, plus on-call rotation which includes weekends.
