Lead SAP Solutions Specialist (EAM)<br>
<br>
<strong>BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Lead SAP Solutions Specialist (EAM) for an opportunity in Minneapolis, MN!</strong>
<br>

<strong>Position Title: Lead SAP Solutions Specialist (EAM)</strong>

<strong>Anticipated Start Date:</strong> 3/26/2024.<br>

<strong>Expected Duration:</strong> 6 months (Possibility after 6 months contract to hire)<br>

<strong>Job Type:</strong> Contract to hire, Hybrid.<br>
<strong>Pay Range: </strong>$75/hr - $85/hr<br>

<strong>Job Description: </strong>A global leader is looking for a contract to hire SAP EAM (SAP PM) Analyst with a strong background in S/4HANA and process consulting to join a high-performing team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map and implement improvements and support the production SAP S4 Hana system for EAM Process.<br>
<br>
<strong>What Will You Do?</strong>
<br>
<br>* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their Demand to Supply processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities.<br>
<br>* Provide process consulting to business stakeholders and identify areas of business process optimization and improvement.<br>
<br>* Work with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA to support optimized Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) process.<br>
<br>* Analyze data and system workflows to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.<br>
<br>* Conduct training sessions for end-users and support them with issue resolution in EAM and IM areas.<br>
<br>* Participate in the testing of new EAM functionalities and ensure the quality of solutions delivered.<br>
<br>* Support the change management process by effectively communicating changes to impacted parties and managing change requests.<br>
<br>* Continuously monitor and analyze Demand to Supply processes and system performance, and recommend further improvements.<br>
<br>
<strong>What Skills Should You Have?</strong>
<br>
<br>* Bachelor's or masters degree in business, Computer Science or related field<br>
<br>* 8+ years of on hand experience in SAP PM/EAM/IM , process mapping, configuration and implementation, integration. Process knowledge in SAP PP,QM and WM will be an advantage.<br>
<br>* Experience working on at least 2 SAP S/4HANA projects with working knowledge of Fiori apps<br>
<br>* Strong understanding of Demand to Supply business processes and process optimization<br>
<br>* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.<br>
<br>* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.<br>
<br>* Experience in process consulting and change management.<br>
<br>* Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>
<br>* Experience in Waterfall / SAP Activate methodologies.<br>
<br>
<strong>Must have Skills:</strong>
<br>
<br>
<ul>
<li>SAP EAM experience with 5+ end to implementations.</li>
<li>Strong configurator in all standard EAM processes - notifications, preventive-, breakdown-, repair-, refurbishment work orders, technical objects, settlement, PM master data etc</li>
<li>Functional spec developments for interfaces, workflow, forms, reports, enhancements</li>
<li>Fiori (regarding PM and related logistics processes)</li>
<li>Leading meetings and workshops</li>
<li>Desired but not a must have SAP IAM-MOC(management of change) and SAP Asset Manager experience.</li></ul>
<br>
<strong>Travel:</strong> 20% in a calendar year.<br>
