Job Description:
Two years of college or equivalent.
Previous business or project experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, take ownership and work independently.

Project Management
Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
Identify process improvement opportunities and establish a "continuous improvement" mindset.
Supports and implements new and existing policies and procedures.

Maintain, reinforce and hold others accountable for corporate values, mission and vision.
Assist with preparation and maintenance of project plans, timelines and schedules to meet project objectives.
Engage with project team partners to review project plans and schedules, meeting as needed to plan, assign tasks between project team members, discuss risks, and review outcomes.
Request completion of project deliverables through Rust's systems, and monitor and follow up on progress.
Work collaboratively with internal business partners to achieve project objectives, which may include communicating project objectives, requirements and schedules, providing materials, tracking data through receipt, and ensuring current information is communicated as part of effective change management.
Coordinate the design of notice materials, including updating document drafts with case-specific information and making the request for layout.
Coordinate the set-up of project support from operations and the call center.
Prepare drafts of project support documents such as follow-up letters, recorded phone messages, payment instruments, and website content.
Identify and implement updates throughout each project to the CSR script, record phone message, and website.
Coordinate the mailing of claim follow-up and reminder to file/cash outreach.
Coordinate the address trace, re-mail and reissue processes.
Request Tax ID Numbers and bank accounts using Rust's systems.
Identify and review exceptions and escalations identified by internal business partners, communicate issues, and assist with resolution and communication.
Prepare project statistics and reports.
Review proofs and final documents which may include confirmation of data mapping, and proofreading.
Review and resolution of correspondence, emails, claim forms and sensitive documents.
Complete database research and review of records to answer inquiries, resolve exceptions, monitor project outcomes, and identify exceptions or items requiring additional review.
Assist with the drafting of declarations.
Develop processing procedures and as needed, train, support and assign work to support-staff.
Coordinate and participate in project meetings, track action items and prepare minutes as assigned.
Complete project closure activities.
Take ownership of assigned project activities and work independently to complete them.
