Position Overview:
The Security Coordinator, under direct supervision, monitors physical security systems designed to safeguard personnel, facilities, and assets. Receives various security-related information by telephone, radio and/or other sources and responds accordingly. Contacts and dispatches security personnel, emergency responders, and others as needed. Answers and directs calls for security in emergency situations. Provides customer service and direction to employees, contractors, and visitors. Performs a variety of office administrative duties and performs related work as assigned. Assists Global Protective Services by ensuring compliance with physical security policies, procedures, and programs.
