Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Medicare Health Insurance Agent to join our team. The agent will be responsible for selling and enrolling clients in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be computer-literate, and have a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans and assist them in selecting the right plan that meets their needs
• Build and maintain a client base through lead generation, networking, and referrals
• Accurately enter customer data into computer systems, maintain client files, and track sales activity
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keep up to date with changes in Medicare regulations and policies to provide accurate information to clients
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed of new products, services, and market trends
• Willing to work part-time with flexible hours
