to Milwaukee/Grafton, WI Job Summary: We are looking to hire an Entry
Level Systems Analyst who will be trained to be an Esker Support Analyst
with additional focus on supporting SAP bolt-on applications. As a
member of Regal Rexnord I.T. team, the selected individual will assume a
variety of diverse and challenging tasks and activities related to the
support of our Esker systems and related ERP (SAP & Oracle)
applications. Tasks will range from configuring, testing and documenting
systems or business processes and providing support on a variety of
technical issues. Will interact closely with the ERP project team
members and business members as required. Personal Skills: Self-starter,
eager to learn and apply new knowledge and skills Maintains expected
levels of personal productivity. Works well with others Demonstrates the
ability to understand site/plant needs and delivers products and/or
services that enhance business/customer satisfaction Flexible, able to
adapt to varying and dynamic business situations Strong communication
skills (verbal and written communications) Technical Competencies:
Strong technical aptitude Ability to learn SAP technical & functional
information. 3+ years of experience in SAP/Oracle Supply chain (SD, PP,
QM, MM) preferred. Practical programming experience or training in
common languages such as C++, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, SAP ABAP or .NET
a plus but not necessary Business Aptitude: Demonstrates the ability to
understand business processes and how technology can be used as an
enabler. Business background or education in Manufacturing, supply
chain, customer service. Education and Experience Undergraduate degree
in Information Systems, Industrial Management, Mathematics, Engineering
or related Scientific degree. SAP or Oracle Training in Sales or Finance
is a plus but not required Preference is given to individuals who have
previously supported Esker applications Travel: 25% of time - mostly
during project milestones, kaizen or similar events Language: English
Expected Salary: \$53,500 - \$95,000 annually Please note that

experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.
