BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Group Assistant for an opportunity in Redmond WA
Position Title: Group Assistant
Location: Redmond WA, Hybrid
Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Expected Duration: 3 Months Contract
Job Type: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA)
Pay Range: $20/hr. - $25/hr.
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience with previous administrative/group support.
* Minimum 3 years' experience with Computer skills/MS office.
* Minimum 1 years' experience with Calendaring.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Team Support: Provide team support by managing new hire onboarding and employee departure experiences, including hardware procurement, space assignment, coordinate office moves and asset collection; manage/coordinate office space maintenance and facilities requests.
* External Staff Management: Manage headcount activities for external staff movement/transfers, reporting, offboarding, and transactions within relevant headcount management tools.
* Procurement: hardware, office supplies, etc. and tracking; Assist with establishing equipment ordering, supply guidelines and creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
* SAW Devices: PM / own the Secure Access Workstation (SAW) device program (100+ devices) (ordering, device inventory management etc)
* Expense Report Management: Act as interim approver on team expense reports, ensuring coding accuracy and compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:
* Opportunity to take on special projects as needed (RoB, Summits, Team Meetings, Morale Events)
* Cross group collaboration with other teams, administrative assistants and Business Management / Chief of Staff
* Strategic prioritization in managing a high volume of incoming requests, typically via email and Teams.
* Ability to work and manage time in a global 24x7 business.
* This role does have some physical demands including lifting, carrying, pushing, moving items of light to medium weight.
* In person in office expectation 4 days per week in Redmond
Calendar Management:
* Provide backup calendar support for the GM when needed.
* Requires attention to accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with Senior Leader's priorities and commitments (strategic time prioritization).
* Ability to analyze and respond appropriately to scheduling trends and anticipate meeting needs.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of proven relevant work experience in business administration, events management, and customer or service focused roles
* Understanding of how to successfully coordinate and execute logistics for meetings and events.
* Strong communication, verbal and written, and interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy, integrity, negotiation, and professionalism.
* A great attitude and positive approach to people and tasks. Growth mindset, open to give / receiving feedback on how we can all improve.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
* Achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
